Following the success of show&tel: art of connection, the Zimmer Children’s Museum embarked on another fantastic journey in 2006 by inviting seventy-eight artists, humanitarians and social activists to participate in show&tell: the art of time. With timepieces transformed into masterpieces, each work of art was unique, ranging from whimsical and decorative to meaningful and thought-provoking, many using the metaphor of time. All art works were sold for the benefit of the Zimmer Children’s Museum’s youTHink arts education initiative in our public schools.
